One-On-One With VC**** Pitch Your
Biz-Plan:
2 to 3 pre-selected entrepreneurs will pitch their biz plan
to Larry. There will be a maximum time slot of 10 mins for
each entrepreneurs. This will be done in a private room one-on-one
to Larry.
If you would like your biz-plan to be considered for pitching,
then please send a one page executive summary to bizplan@saeclub.com.
Write "Aug 20th Pitching" in the subject area. We
must receive the summary by Aug 10th for evaluation. The summary
will be first screened by our eval-team. If you are selected,
an invoice for $99 will be sent via Paypal. We should receive
the payment via Paypal within 24 hours to reserve the time
slot for you. Otherwise, it'll be cancelled. NO REFUND OR
SUBSTITUTION POLICY.
About The Speaker: Larry is the Vice President with
the Edison Venture Fund, a leading expansion stage IT investor
in the Midatlantic, which has made over 100 investments and
has over $400 million under management. He has over 15 years
of experience in the investment industry. Prior to joining
Edison, Larry was President of First Atlantic Company, a venture
consulting firm, where he assisted over 100 clients to develop
venture concepts and obtain financing. He also advised several
venture funds including venture affiliates of Penn Mutual
Life Insurance and Janney Montgomery Scott, and the Ben Franklins
Technology Partners, the most active provider of seed capital
in Pennsylvania. Prior to founding First Atlantic, Larry was
CEO of Applied Polymer Technologies, an emerging technology
firm that he directed to both domestic and international market
leadership. He began his career as an attorney in corporate
law at Saul, Ewing, Remick & Saul in Philadelphia. Larry also
lectures on venture capital issues at the Wharton School and
the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He holds a B.A.
from the University of Pennsylvania, a B.S. from the Wharton
School, and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law
