How to become a Universal Member
It's as simple as sending an email. Call us crazy but it's all Opt-In and Opt-Out. You are a member now and you are not a member the next moment. We believe that there is no reason to force anyone for long term membership with annual dues.

How to Become a VIP Member
To become a VIP member you have to purchase a membership card that doesn't expire. This is a one-time deal and you don't have to renew or pay annual dues.

Why a Membership Card
To maintain a level of discipline, integrity, to keep track and avoid abuse of our FREE services. We require a membership card to participate in any of SAEC events or the password protected online services available FREE. We maintain a database of only those members who have a VIP Membership card. This database is used strictly to allow access to different areas of the online services and our events.

Cost
The one time fee to issue the card is just $20. There is no expiration date and no need to renew. If you loose the card then you have to buy another one unfortunately. You can pick up the card at one of our events. If you want us to mail it to you please add another $3 to the $20.

How to Order Your Card
Please provide the following:

• Name ( as you would like it to appear on the card, first, middle, last)
• Mailing Address
• Email Address Phone Numbers (indicate day / evening / cell)
• Fax number
  
  Include a $20 (plus $3 if you want it mailed to you) check.
  Please make checks payable to SAEC
  
  See mailing address below. You will be notified via email confirming receipt of your check. You will receive the card as soon as we can have them printed (it could take as long as 60 days).
  

SAEC Membership Certificate
You can obtain a SAEC Membership certificate for a one-time fee of $20. If you want us to mail it to you please add another $3 to the $20. Please provide the following:
