What: Silicon Alley Entrepreneurs Club (SAEC) is proud to announce the next monthly "FREE" Biz-Event in New York City.

6.30-7.30 Personal Advice from Babak: Members seeking personal advice on legal matters for their start-up will get an opportunity to chat with Babak Yaghmaie in an informal setting. Ask all the questions you can. Get in early to participate.
7.30-7.45 Your Pitch: One company picked by a lottery
will be given an opportunity to make a 5 minute presentation on
their business. FREE
7.45-8.45 Straight
Talk (ST)Title: "THE NUTS AND BOLDS OF VENTURE TERMS: Insights into the legal
structure and terms that venture capitalists require for their
investments." Babak Yaghmaie will make the presentation.
Presentation
will be followed by Q/A session and we expect politically incorrect
answers from the speaker. Hear the truth and the only truth. Let
us take the myth away once and for all.
6.30-9.30 Networking: Special areas will be dedicated only for networking during
the entire 3 hour period while the other programs are going on. Network as much as you can.
You don't have to pay $50 or $500 any longer
for attending an event, to network, listen to speakers. Now its
FREE. You, our more than 3900 members, and our service partners
make it happen.
